How can I make my glasses thinner, lighter and more comfortable?
Design For Vision has been fabricating eyewear for 45 years. Our staff will advise you on our premiere method of craftsmanship and our alternative lightweight, thinner lens material. We will show you frames that will fit you properly and accommodate your prescription. We custom fabricate your eyewear in our own lab, for a price well below the popular chains. Afterwards, our staff will give you the proper frame adjustment you need to insure your comfort and satisfaction. "We're not satisfied until you're satisfied."
How often can I have my eyewear adjusted?
Design For Vision never charges for an adjustment. You may stop in anytime, whether you purchased your glasses from us or not. We will adjust, clean and tighten all screws on your eyewear without a charge. This is all part of our dedication to keeping your eyewear comfortable and functional.
Do you take my insurance or discount plan?
Design for Vision accepts and submits to all major insurance carriers including Medicare, BC/BS, and Davis Vision. We also honor all discount plans taken by the major eyeglass chains. If interested, you can sign your company up for the Design For Vision One Discount Plan. Call Don Manning Jr. for details at (215) 504-2015.
How often should I have my eyes examined?
Young people, 16 and under, should be checked every 12 months. People 17 to 55, unless instructed differently, should be examined every 24 months. People age 56 and older should be examined once a year. This applies unless you notice a particular problem with your vision or are experiencing any discomfort. Ask your doctor for further details. |
